The strawberry blonde locks falling into the icy blue watery orbs, as Janelle, the current Headmistress after Dumbledore's death at the famous magical school. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - set in the beautiful Mountains of Scotland. Walking slowly into the Great Hall, the tick-tocks of the five inch black heels, that the mid-twenty year old blonde wore. But the Great Hall, didn't look the same as alwyas as it was decorated for the new Arrival's Welcoming Party.
The enchanted sky above, glowed a perfect nighty sky packed with sparkling stars, making it no need for the fire candles to be lit. With the stary night sky, the four tables that were usually there - now unfortunately weren't. But there was a few round tables, decorated with blue satin table cloths. And a small touch of lilies on the centre of the table.
Grinning, Janelle felt happy to see some bright hall for once, that you could also say about her clothing of choice. Just as her small sister, Janelle loves her fashion - even if sometimes it is to huge extents. Her dress, a zebra printed thigh length tight dress, making her exotic pink bra bang out of place and in vision.
But Janelle was known for her weird dress sense, as she mostly wore exotic dresses and outfits to parties. Grinning she quickly walked around, touching small things, moving them before starting the first song - Ain't no wrong with that, a teenage-hood favourite.
Sitting on a table lightly, she picked up a small cheese cake and bit into it, her pink lip gloss still bright.

Parties. Now this was getting somewhere.
Alice had indeed got extreemly bored of just handing around the General Commonroom, or maybe going around and talking to a couple of students - and increasing her throbbing headache. Finally having something to do, did help calm her headache down. She could always continue making the commonroom look more suitable, there was a lot to do, but at times a change was required, and this was perfect.
Alice had spent the whole day before the party desiging her dress, she didn't manage to get hold of the others, or she would've designed some clothes for them too. No one seemed to be fratenising with their own family, Alice's vision was getting more blurry by the day. Now a days, the only thing she could predict was, how the weather was going to be like, or if her family made some king of decision that involved no half-breeds or werewolves. Which, hadn't happened yet.
Alice skipped her way down the stairs towards the enterance hall, in a black halterneck knee length dress, tightening just under her chest, and flowing downwards from there. The dress had a sequence of small white diamonds sparkling at the bottom border.
Within the next 30 seconds, Alice was at the foot of the enterance hall. She looked around, only one person was there, she was feeling quite cheerful, though the holes in her mind were still playing up. She skipped towards the tall - and rather glamourous figure of the headmistress. "Hello!" she exclaimed, halting besides the headmistress, a smile spread across her ice cold lips. "Oh wow! I love your dress!" Alice squeaked, atleast some people here had a decent fashion sense. Alice couldn't help but wonder how a waist-belt would look on this dress.
Silver. Too match her shoes. And the pink border on the top could be dyed silver aswell. It would make a nice set. With white hoops.Alice laughed at herself, but her action was so quiet, and quick, no one but a vampire could have noticed or heard.

Bella was slightly surprised. There was word of a party being thrown for the new arrivals, and Alice hadn't tracked her down to dress her to the nines and primp her up. It was actually sort of a relief, because she had always thought that she was always over done, but this time she dressed herself for this little party. She had some fancy things that she had taken with her on Alice's insistence, but because she could get away with having to wear any of them, she would.
She wore the blue v-neck sweater she knew Edward loved, and a long black skirt that was hemmed slightly so that she wouldn't trip over it. She wore flat shoes that were strapped on and brushed her hair out and let it down. She washed her face and checked herself in a mirror, deeming herself decent to go to the party.
Making her way down to the entrance hall, she kept a watch on the floor so there wasn't anything she might trip and fall on, although she could only do so much for herself as she ended up almost running into a couple of people. Some of them gave her looks, and she muttered a couple of apologies, but she wasn't sure if she was heard.
She wondered to herself who from the new arrivals would be there, Alice surely, for Bella didn't think there was ever a time when she would miss out on a party. Rosalie too, any chance to show off that inhuman exquisite beauty that she always of envied. Emmett and Jasper, she supposed, would come along just to be with Rosalie and Alice, and then she wondered about Edward. He had said he was distracted, and she still worried about that. Some of the possibilites he would be passed through her head again, and she shook them off again, not wanting to think about it. The students who passed her by, the girls especially, seemed to be so glamorous, and just plain better looking than her. It made her feel all the more out of place since she was the only Muggle there.
Some solace was gained as Bella finally found her way to the entrance hall, grateful as she spotted Alice, looking glamorous as ever. There was only one person in there besides her, and she was dressed in zebra print. She had only seen something eccentric like that with Alice, but this woman was blonde, and human by the looks of her. She didn't know who she was, but gave a small smile and went over to her best friend. "You look gorgeous, Alice," she said with a smile, looking at the stylish dress she wore.
Her eyes wandered around the empty hall for a moment as she wondered were any of the others from Forks and La Push going to come to this thing. She hoped it would be fun, and she hoped that all the Hogwarts students weren't as mean as that blonde girl who knocked over her book.

Janelle wondered around the tables, every once in a while checking her hair or her dress, while waiting for the first few students or even new arrivals. The young Headmistress pondered on if her darling sister would join them for a small party, welcoming the new strangers and welcoming the new school year too. Of course. Chuckling lightly, Jan turned around unexpectedly as one of the arrivals stopped in front of her. Remembering the girl by the name of Alice, she asked, "Alice was it? Welcome!" her smile, warm and embracing glowed her whole.
Her honey brown orbs turned to the petite girl's outfit, gladly grinning Jan whispered, "Brilliant choice of dress! I have one pretty similar, but not one quite like yours. Did you make it?" her bright grin, exposing her natural perfect - well nearly - teeth. Nothing is perfect after all, even if she was half-veela like her sister and mother. Except her mother had been a quarter more of a veela. It was all the same to this girl, half, quarter, three-quarter and full. It was all the same really, well technically. They all are veela's, one with less power than the other.
Shaking her head, Janelle went back to the guests, realising another girl had joined the small company. "Oh hello! Sorry, i'm trying to jog my memory of your name.." Janelle's forehead wrinkled in concentration before a name escaped her lips, "Bella right? Edward had mentioned you." she smiled brightly at her too, but that smile soon faltered as her eyes looked her up and down. A small wince escaped her lips as her eyes took a chance to catch the skirt and jumper she had covering her birthday suit.
"Oh..noo"escaped her exotic pink glossy lips, as her eyes turned to Alice, shaking her head to Bella, she wondered if they could make a small make-over. Because the old skirt was hurting both Janelle's eyes and sanity.

A grin flashed across Alice's face, as the Headmistress - Janelle, mentioned that she liked Alice's dress. "Yep, one of my own designs." she mused, her grin staying on my face, though, before she could say anything else, her eyes unfocused, she was actually getting a vision!
Bella, walking in through the door of the great hall, with a long black skirt, and a v-neck blue jumper, with flats, and comming over and talking to them.
Alice's eyes re-focused within the next thirty seconds, as she let a "Oh no..." escape her lips. She looked desperatley at Janelle, and then back towards the enterance, and in no less than thirty seconds, she noticed Bella walk towards her, in that absolutely hideous outift. She should've known she needed to dress Bella up. Bella had no sense of fashion. What so ever.
Alice's eyes widened in shock, as she continued to stare at her to be sister-in-law. She chose to ignore her compliment towards her, from the corner of her eye, she caught Janelle giving her a rather shocked look herself, well, she was glad some people here had a good taste. Shecontinued to glare up at Bella, her eyes narrowing slightly, a murderous glare dancing on her face.
"Isabella Marie Swan," Alice threatened, putting un-wanted force on each word, "What are you wearing!" she exclaimed, blinking at her sister in law - it felt so good to think of her that way, even though she wasn't exactly her sister in law yet - her melodious voice sounding seriously offended. "This just, will not work!" Alice continued to blink up at her sister-in-law, before grabbing her by the arm, and pulling her towards the door. Alice kept her hold gental, she didn't want to break any bones, yet firm.
"Janelle! You're welcome to come to the new arrivals commonroom if you want! I'm sorry, but i'm honestly going insane here!" she called out across the hall, as she continued to power walk towards the door. Alice would've ran, but that would've probably made Bella sick, and none of us wanted that now did we? Not when Alice was already so pissed of about her clothes. No Sympathy for the un-fashionable.

Watching while standing near Alice, Bella was quiet as the Headmistress came over to greet them in person, speaking to Alice first and admiring the dress she made and wore. Then as she turned to her and tried to remember her name, Bella was about to softly remind her when she got it, and acknowledged it with a nod. "Yes, I'm Bella," she answered quietly, giving her a little smile. Edward had mentioned her? Where was he? Normally he'd be here with her - she most likely wouldn't have arrived alone, and she wouldn't have tripped a little or bumped into walls or students. Probably she would've been there in a flash, or at least however fast Edward allowed himself to go.
She left her train of thoughts as she caught a glimpse of the headmistress looking over her outfit, and hearing the 'Oh no' made her face flush a little in anticipation of what was so bad about her. Then she looked at herself, and then at Alice. Boy, if looks could kill. That reminded her that it was she who dressed herself for this party, not Alice, and that her sister-in-law-to-be most definitely wanted to change her outfit. The use of her full name gave that away, too.
Her face flushed a little more as her full name was used as a reprimand for what she was wearing. "Alice, I'm wearing clothes," she answered a bit smartly. She thought it looked okay, and that's why she actually let herself leave her room. However, she wasn't going to win this round as Alice had her by the arm in a cool vice grip and was pulling her towards the door and out of the party. "But, this is comfortable," she mumbled, and then couldn't help glaring a little as she invited the Headmistress to help fix this seeming fashion disaster that was Bella Swan.
It would be bad enough that being changed around in a locked room with Alice, like murder perhaps, but with the Headmistress as well? She couldn't have gotten dressed that badly, could she? Blue and black went together, right? She thought black went with everything. But then again, her fashion sense was nowhere nearly as good as Alices, though it never bothered her before she met the Cullens.
She grumbled a little as she was towed away, wanting to resist and pull away, but she knew that any form of resistance was useless as Alice was forceful in this kind of thing, and she wouldn't let go of her until Bella was dressed up to her standards. Which means there would probably be some makeup and some really expensive fashionable clothes that would be out of place here if Alice and the Headmistress weren't around. Bella exhaled in resignation as she was still dragged away from the party. Where was Edward to save her from this? Surely he'd like her no matter what she wore?

---------------------------------------- General CommonRoom
Alice continued to drag Bella up the flights of stairs, and muttered a hurried password, as she entered the general commonroom. Though, Alice did loosen her grip slightly as Bella protested that it was hurting her. Whatever said and done, she couldn't hurt Bella! She loved her!
Alice had a grim, pained expressing on her face, as she sat Bella down on her bed in the female dorms. "You, stay here. Try to get away, and I'll know it before you can say 'Un-fashionable'" Alice threatened, meaning every word she said. Alice concentrated hard on the decisions Bella was going to make. At the moment she could just see heself, dressing Bella up.
Alice walked over towards wadrobe which had been magically extended for her, due to her request. Magic could actually be extreemly useful. Alice had made a whole fashion showroom in here, with the mirror and all. Sniffing quickly, she made her way towards the denim section. Three Quater length, tight fitting, faded denim jean-crops. Hmm, maybe. Alice took it out, and with an elegant flick, sent it landing on a clean table in the wadrobe. Alice sighed, sniffing was taking far too long. She shut her eyes, and imagined how Bella would look in the crops, and a white halter-neck t-shirt. Hmm. Maybe.
After a series of different images passing through her mind, she stopped at one she particularly liked. She knew why Bella had worn the sweater, because it was Edwards favourite colour on her. That much Alice would give her.
Alice rushed through the wadrobe, getting all the accessories and clothes needed, before rusing out of the place, and halting besides Bella, an entuastic twinkle in her eyes as she dropped everything behind Bella and muttered, "Ready or not. Here I come."

"No, no, that won't be necessary. I could transfigure her clothing to something more suitable.." Janelle called out to Alice before she looked at Bella's face and smiled warmly, "And step into one of the class rooms for privacy?" Janelle quickly turned to grab her wand but as she turned around again she noticed Alice already pulling up Bella to the Common Room Janelle had made them. Deciding to follow them, she quickly jogged on her high heels, a small wince escaping her lips as she felt the high heel hurting her feet. She was expecting that, of course. The young blonde hadn't worn heels in a while now, with all the Headmistress work she hadn't worn a pair of heels in months. The muggle flats had become her best friend, for a while.
Just as she entered the room she sniffed lightly seeing that someone had painted the walls, chuckling ever so lightly she pondered on who might have done that. For the small amount of time he knew these werewolves and vampires and of course the one muggle, she could guess it had something to do with Alice. The one who seems to be interested in decorating and outfits, much like herself. Continuing up to the girl's dorms Janelle gave a little smile to Bella before sitting herself next to her. As a joke Janelle mumbled, "Oh its okay Alice, the portrait knows how to her job." meaning to keep Bella inside - of course.
Looking intently at Alice's moves, the headmistress couldn't help to be amazed by her quick yet elegant moves. Just as she was picking up random pieces of clothing, mostly denim as much as she could see. Turning back to Bella, Janelle thought of cheering her up as her expression didn't seem the happiest or the most comfortable either. "Hun, its alright. Its just.. erm your choice of clothing is entirely the best for a party like the one I've planned." she grinned, as Alice came back to Bella, Janelle looked over the clothing. Chuckling at what she had said, Janelle asked, "How about a waist coat to top that?" her eyes averted to Bella to see how it make look on her before she mumbled, "How about also.. a clip to keep her hair out of her eyes?" her hands instincitvely worked on bella's hair, gently.
Taking a lock of hair from both sides of her face and clipping it with a beautiful sparkling lily clip. "You have a beautiful shade of brunette hair, dear."she complimented before smiling brightly.

Grumbling a little, Bella tried to keep up as she was dragged, and a little whimper that she knew Alice would hear let the vampire know that her grip was getting to be painful. It was loosened thankfully, but it was still an unbreakable hold. She followed until she was set down on Alice's bed in the dorms and given a little threat if she tried to get away. Bella couldn't resist looking at the portrait that would let her out, and as she did the headmistress sat next to her and spoke about it. Nothing was going to let her out, and she couldn't help letting out a little groan at that fact.
She watched as Alice attacked the wardrobe and pulled out a bunch of clothes that she would probably be forced to try on, and pouted a little. She should've known that she wouldn't have been able to escape Alice and her imminent makeovers. "Oh," she said at the headmistress' attempt to make her feel better, though how she could pick up that she didn't pick a good outfit - which was something expected of her - still made her blush a little. She hunched her shoulders a little and let her hair curtain her reddening face as the headmistress now started helping picking out her new outfit.
"Um, thank you," she mumbled as she straightened back up instinctively as her hair was starting to be taken care of. The front of her hair was pulled back, and there went her protective curtain, but there wasn't much else she could do as there were now not just Alice getting her changed. And so, she just sat there obediantly and waited to stand up and have her change of clothes.

Alice looked down at Bella, looking as if she was ready for a mission, it was only then, that she noticed Janelle who had began giving Alice suggestions. No one gave Alice suggestions when it came to fashion. "It's fine." Alice snapped, directing a glance at Janelle, "I got it." Alice grabbed Bella by her wrist yet again - trying to keep it as delicate as possible. Once she had her 'victim' as others liked to reffer to themselves as, standing, she began to move around Bella, before stopping in front of her.
"Hmmm, yes." She reassured herself, and within the next second, Alice had a dress dancing in front of Bella's face. "Go, put it on. Now!" she ordered, her eyes giving Bella a murderous glance. She didn't bother to wait for Bella to even move. She just pushed Bella straight into the wadrobe, shutting the door behind her. She did it extreemly gentally ofcourse.
Alice pranced back towards the headmistress, and was a hundred percent sure that Bella would look stunning in the dress, though that wasn't enough. Hair and make up must be sorted. Janelle was write in saying that Bella's hair needed to be clipped back. Alice turned around to look at Janelle. "Okay. Janelle, need you to do me a favour." Alice mused, There wasn't time, or she'd have done it herself, "I need you to fix up Bella's hair with magic. Your Idea sounds good. Go ahead with it."
Alice didn't wait for the headmistress to agree or disagree, and within the next couple of seconds, Alice had dug through a rather large bag, and taken out a couple of nessecary make-up items. "Foundation, lipgloss, eyeliner, marcara, eye-pencil and blush. Perfect."
Alice turned around to face Janelle, a triumphant grin on her lips. "It's makeover time." She trilled.

Bella bit her lip a little to hide a small grin as she heard Alice's reaction to the headmistress giving a suggestion. She knew better than anyone that Alice liked to do it all on her own and never needed any suggestions, for she always knew what she was doing. She got up when her wrist was yanked - gently for Alice - and stood still when she was circled around really fast, and then watched as in a second a pretty blue dress was held in front of her.
She was about to take the dress and put it on herself when, of course, she didn't move fast enough for Alice and was dragged into the closet and shut inside. Grumbling quietly as she heard Alice enlist the headmistress for help, Bella put on the dress, trying to do it so that she didn't hurt the dress or rip it or something.
Once she got it on safely, she stepped back out and saw a whole bunch of makeup and stuff sitting out on the bed, and the two women looking at her. She winced a little as she knew the makeup and hair stuff was for her, and then waited to be grabbed and done up, as with things like this she was normally not given the chance to move of her own accord.

"Calm down Alice, and yes I will fix her hair." the headmistress smiled warmly at the petite vampire, her eyes averting to the door every second. Trying to catch a glimpse of Bella first before Alice. Seeing the whole situation revolve around her made her want to chuckle at Alice's frantic looks and Bella's uncomfortable gaze, but she thought better of it of course and instead hoped to catch Bella and gently pull her to the sit. Gently. Repeating it twice in her head made her determined to beat the fast vampire, while distracted - hopefully.
As she saw the small glimpse of blue material, she jumped to her feet and raced her way to Bella, stopping close to her as she whispered out of breath, "The dress looks gorgeous on you dear, now lets sit." her gentle warm hand, searched for hers as she pulled her lightly, catching Alice pouring out the make-up for Bella. "Now Bella, I promise you with magic it won't hurt a bit, I promise"she reassured warmly seeing the young muggle in a vulnerable state always made her sad. Hence she tried to keep the pestering petite vampire away.
Sitting Bella down, she took out her wand and muttered a few spells, making her hair a bit more full with life. More thick, as she picked locks of her hair again from both sides of her framed face, and clipped it together with a beautiful sparkling flower. To finish the under one minute hair-make-over, Janelle muttered a few words again, all quick and non-understandable to the non-magical heritance population. The rest of her hair, now in ringlets of beautiful sunkissed hair, smiling brightly she mused,"You do look gorgeous Bella, you really do. Just the make-up now." Janelle turned to Alice, hoping her expression was much happier at the beautiful result, than her stressed expression minutes ago.

Alice had ofcourse obviously seen how the dress was going to look on Bella, and hence it didn't surprise her one bit, as Janelle pulled Bella out to make her sit down. Alice tried to focus on how Bella would look with all the make up on, even though Alice knew exactly what she was doing, seeing just reassured her, though, with Janelle's hair style pushing into her vision, things seemed to blur up a bit. And there was no doubt that Janelle would want to have a say in doing the make-up aswell. Or so Alice thought, anyway.
Alice breathed out, not that she needed to ofcourse, but it was just something to comfort her nerves, because not being able to see, and looking at Janelle's egearness to help, was frustrating Alice. It wasn't that Alice didn't appricate Janelle helping, but Alice was too used to operating alone, to actually want anyone helping her. Alice liked being in control, and everyone knew that. The only reason Alice wasn't pushing Janelle outside the door right this moment was because of the fact that Janelle had sheltered her and her family, and Alice felt she owed Janelle a lot.
Alice Cullen would indeed have to make certain sacrifices. But then again, when it came to her family, she could sacrifice her life, and it wouldn't seem enough to her. Alice didnt bother looking at Bella as Janelle got her to sit down, the petite figure of Alice stood on the other side of Bella, her arms crossed across her chest, as Janelle began to do her hair. Within less than a minute, Janelle had got Bella's hair done. Alice had to admit, it did look quite nice. "Nice one." she praised. Alice wasn't one to not-value fashion, and if something really caught Alice's liking, it ought to get credit.
Alice halted for a moment, her liquid eyes boring into Bella's face, and then, "Shut your eyes Bella!" Alice commanded, and within the next sixteenth of a second, her hands were brushing all over Bella's face. Alice was taking particular care to not tough the fact of the fragile human in front of her, just brush past it, little bit of pressure, and she would be harmed. After about a minute, Alice danced back a couple of steps to look at her work.
"It'll do." She muttered, sounding just about satisfied. If they'd have had more time, she would've made Bella look perfect. But in the current time frame, this was as close to perfect as they were going to get. "Now, we can officially say you're ready for the party." A triumphant grin hit Alice's face, as she turned around to look at the witch besides her.
"You'd do well with fashion designing," Alice complimented, her voice sounding happier than it had done in a long time. To the headmistress it would probably sound like a nineteen year old petite girl talking (hence - it would sound rather odd), but if she actually looked at it from the point of view of a hundred year old vampire, who's been through literally eighty-nine years of changing fashion, it was actually a huge compliment.

Bella blushed slightly at the compliment given to her about how the dress looked on her. She looked down at herself to see how she looked, and had to admit the dress was a pretty blue, although a little bit brighter than the sweater she had just been wearing. She was also surprised that the headmistress got to her before Alice could and gently lead her to sit down on the bed so that her hair and makeup could be done.
She was waiting for her hari to be lightly pulled and twisted and have various things done to it, but only felt it do things automatically as the headmistress had cast spells on her hair so that it would do itself. Although the spells were done, she still could feel the headmistress picking at locks of her hair. Bella just hoped it was to everyone's standards. "Thanks," she mumbled, looking at her with a little smile, and then looked to Alice, who had makeup sprawled everywhere.
She felt eyes boring into her and looked up to meet Alice's golden eyes staring right into her. At the command, she instantly shut her eyes, knowing that her eyes were going to get done, but her whole face was done in the few seconds it took Alice to do up her face. When she said that it would do, Bella opened her eyes slowly, just in case Alice wanted to make any quick changes.
A quiet sigh of relief escaped Bella as she was announced suitable for the party, she got up and gave Alice a little smile too, noticing that she sounded pleased even though she wasn't the one to do her hair. "Um, can we go back now? There might be people there in an empty room," she said, heading to the door slowly, trying to walk safely in the heels that Alice had tossed in with her when she changed clothes.

Alice watched smugly as Bella got up and began to walk towards the door. Alice followed Bella out of the room, a dazzaling grin on her face. "True true," Alice muttered importantly, nodding to the fact that people might be there in an empty room. It wasn't good to be in a party hall alone. No no. Too depressing. Too quiet. Too sad. Alice was actually quite looking forward to the music these witches and wizards would put on. They apparently had their own sort of songs and music-stations.
"So Bella," Alice trilled, catching upto her to-be sister in law, "How've you been? I've barely seen any of you!" she complained, her grin shrinking into a smile. Alice pushed open the door to the General Commonroom, skipping outside, holding the door to let Bella and Janelle pass through. Shutting the door behind the two, Alice glided towards Bella, waiting for her to reply.
